Charles Feuerborn, P.E.
Principal Engineer, Co-Owner
Charles Feuerborn is a licensed Fire Protection Engineer (FPE) and Mechanical Engineer (ME) with over 12 years of experience. He is licensed as a professional Fire Protection Engineer in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington, and as a professional Mechanical Engineer in Arizona and Hawaii.
Mr. Feuerborn has extensive experience designing fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, mass notification systems, and more. His project experience includes fire protection code consulting and life safety analysis for a wide range of facilities including high-rises, arenas, government facilities, and hospitals. Additionally, he performs field inspections, construction administration and construction monitoring for fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and other fire protection systems.
He also serves as Treasurer of the Arizona chapter of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) and is a member of the Enforcement Advisory Committee for the Arizona Board of Technical Registration.

Fire Alarm Designer, Co-Owner
Sarah Feuerborn has been working in marketing for 10 years, focusing on engineering marketing and proposals for the last several years. In more recent years, she has shifted her main focus to designing fire alarm systems for Fire Born Engineering.
Ms. Feuerborn has bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University as well as a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. She specializes in fire alarm design, design review, engineering marketing and proposal writing.
